Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional limitations and disabilities, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.
• Design individualized treatment plans that incorporate patient goals and address their unique challenges.
• Implement therapeutic interventions in accordance with established protocols while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on regular evaluations and outcomes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare providers and receive ongoing feedback to optimize patients' continuum of care.

• Supervise and mentor assigned support staff, including Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring consistency in care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy and BLS certification.

Compensation and Benefits
