Youll play a key part in identifying care needs while enjoying flexibility and autonomy in how you schedule your day.

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available any day, Monday through Sunday
• Design your own work schedule
• Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough annual home health risk assessments, each typically lasting about 45 minutes
• Review patients medical history, existing conditions, and medication regimens to ensure comprehensive understanding
• Educate patients on their medical conditions and prescribed medications
• Identify any gaps in care, providing clear, actionable recommendations to improve patient outcomes
• No responsibility for creating treatment plans or prescribing medications

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
• Current CPR certification (BLS)
• Board Certified by AANP or ANCC
• Preferably at least 6 months of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• MSN degree from an accredited school of nursing

This per diem position offers competitive compensation of $80-$90 per completed evaluation, alongside a mileage stipend and paid administrative time, rewarding your skills and the care you provide.
