Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct evaluations and develop tailored care plans based on initial assessments and psychosocial histories, applying effective interview techniques.

• Provide real-time support to the Practitioner team to identify and de-escalate risks, ensuring the safety of clients.

• Lead interventions that escalate care to emergency services when necessary, adhering to mandatory reporting guidelines as required.

• Inform Clinical Leads of new safeguarding risks and work collaboratively to develop strategies that mitigate these risks.

• Monitor outcomes focused practices by collecting feedback and insights from clients, analyzing barriers to progress, and making actionable recommendations for service improvement.

• Ensure full compliance with organizational safeguarding policies, providing staff training and embedding these protocols within daily operations.

The ideal candidate will focus on diverse populations, including children, youth, adults, and families facing a range of mental health issues and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n
