Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with families to identify underlying issues and stressors impacting their relationships and mental health.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based practices in family therapy catering to each family's unique cultural background.

• Educate clients about the effects of behavioral patterns on their family dynamics and develop strategies for improvement.

• Collaborate with families to create actionable treatment plans focused on achieving measurable outcomes while providing the necessary guidance and support.

• Assist clients in processing complex emotions such as grief or trauma, supporting them in creating stable, healthier home environments.

• Remain abreast of emerging trends and methodologies in family therapy through continuous professional development and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient demographic includes children, adolescents, couples, and families seeking support for a variety of challenges, including communication issues, conflict resolution, grief, trauma, and adjustment disorders. By taking a family-centered approach, you will help each client uncover the roots of their issues and work towards a healing process that engages all family members.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
