Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center is equipped with advanced technology and tools designed to facilitate optimal patient recovery. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, and wellness coaches, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care. Typically, you will manage 1-2 patients per hour in our well-appointed therapy rooms, allowing for focused and individualized attention. The center operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a predictable and structured work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive movement evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and establish functional goals.
• Develop personalized therapy plans that incorporate various treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment protocols accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention strategies, and at-home care routines to promote long-term mobility and independence.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes thoroughly in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and implementation.

At Saddle Mind Rehab Center, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those managing chronic pain. Your role will involve tailoring therapy techniques to cater to various age groups and mobility levels, emphasizing a rehabilitative approach to restore function and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. While a higher degree (Master's or Doctorate) is preferred, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply.
• An active California Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one is mandatory.
• Strong clinical knowledge in musculoskeletal anatomy and therapeutic interventions is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
