Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to address diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, establishing initial treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches according to the treatment plan.

• Collaborate with treatment teams to coordinate comprehensive care and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy services provided, adhering to both facility and professional standards.

• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, ensuring each patient's safety and satisfaction are prioritized.

• Participate in clinical meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on patient care strategies.

• Acknowledge and address any patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field.

• Valid licensure in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated competency in therapeutic practices, with a focus on individual and group methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working directly with clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
