Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health status, identifying challenges and areas for growth.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's personal goals and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid New York State license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) is essential to practice as a mental health counselor.

Compensation and Benefits\n
