Food & Beverage Manager at Four Seasons Hotel New York. Responsibilities Oversee all facets of the Food & Beverage Division. Supervise consistency, quality, and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities across guest rooms, suites, outlets, and in-room dining. Maintain par stocks of inventory for all F&B areas. Hire, train, supervise, and discipline staff. Apply guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting best practices. Qualifications Up to one year of previous employment in a related position. College degree preferred. Prior union experience beneficial. Prior New York hospitality experience preferred.
