Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients by reviewing pertinent medical histories, performing specific assessments, and documenting results to determine tailored treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies to patients and their families, involving them in goal-setting and care decisions.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols that cater to each patient's unique presentation and needs, adjusting interventions based on ongoing assessments and progress.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, recognizing critical changes in patient conditions that necessitate modifications in care plans or additional consultations.
• Accurately document all patient care activities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and providing a clear record of each patient's journey through therapy.
• Manage time efficiently, meeting productivity expectations while maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs and organizational support initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Physical Therapist at Archway, you will engage with a varied patient demographic, including individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or rehabilitating from injuries. Your expertise will help drive better patient outcomes by promoting mobility and independence through customized therapy interventions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate Degree (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association, specifically tailored for healthcare providers.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably focused on rehabilitative physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
