Work Environment\n

This is a remote position that allows you to manage your workload effectively while providing essential therapeutic services from your home office. Our team regularly meets through virtual platforms to ensure continuous collaboration and support. We strive to maintain a flexible work culture, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some adaptability in scheduling may be required to meet patient needs, making this a dynamic and engaging work experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for patients, identifying their unique needs and collaborative treatment goals.

• Create personalized treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a sense of community among participants while addressing common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, offering critical support and guidance.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and resources available within the community.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient workflow.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• Solid understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy to diverse populations, with a focus on building strong therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
