Learn more at Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Coordinator to join our fire business unit. Position Responsibilities: Complete and delivery of submittal packages which includes, drawings, data sheets, docs for FDNY compliance, etc. Works within AFA departments, internally, to schedule techs for installs, punch lists items, pre-test inspections, etc. Processes, tracks and responds to Notices of Defect from FDNY Schedules FDNY inspections for final sign-offs Coordinates creation and delivery of as-built drawingsProvides general support for middle managers (service + insp) Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service, dispatch and/or tech support experience High School Diploma General basic working knowledge of fire alarm General basic working knowledge of autocad Ability to work in NYC office full time Ability to work and communicate effectively with sales, management, electrical and general contractors Preferred Qualifications: Expeditor license a plus but not required Pay Range: $28.00-$40.00 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
