Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical social work services to students experiencing major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders, both in virtual settings and as needed in-person.

• Conduct initial assessments, individual therapy, and crisis intervention for students, tailoring approaches based on the presenting problems and parental feedback.

• Collaborate with school-based teams to develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring students are linked with necessary resources and services.

• Engage in regular communication with students, families, and educational staff, conducting follow-ups and monitoring the progress of treatment plans.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student concerns, share insights, and strategize responsive actions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with professional ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Provide educational workshops and resources to school staff, helping them better understand and support students' mental health needs.

The LCSW will primarily serve a diverse student population within the Arlington school districts, addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n
