This role offers the flexibility of remote work while being part of a supportive team culture. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some evenings required on a rotating basis depending on client appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and substance use concerns, expertly identifying co-occurring disorders.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs, employing evidence-based interventions to promote recovery.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with vital coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and emotional regulation techniques.

• Work in close coordination with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic treatment approaches are executed effectively.

• Regularly monitor substance use among clients and perform motivational interviewing to foster engagement in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• A strong understanding of the interplay between mental health and substance use disorders, with the capacity to design effective treatment plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
