Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong decision-making skills and empathy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions and a strong understanding of integrated care practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building rapport with patients and colleagues alike.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines that prioritize patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mental Harmony Wellness Center LTD offers an attractive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
