Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique mental health challenges.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy using evidence-based techniques to foster emotional well-being in clients.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly track progress, and adjust treatment plans based on evolving needs.
• Deliver teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who face transportation challenges or prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation to uphold ethical standards in therapy, as well as support trackable client progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and remain informed about emerging trends and best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice at Connected Hearts Therapy will involve working with a diverse array of clients battling issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Qualifications

• Active, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
