Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients’ needs and create tailored treatment regimens aimed at facilitating recovery.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to effectively work with individuals, couples, and families.

• Organize and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community connections and address pressing mental health issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and emotional support during critical times to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality of patient information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with patients in a hospice care setting, providing therapeutic support to individuals facing end-of-life issues, grief, and various mental health challenges. Our clients include individuals from diverse backgrounds who may be grappling with acute depression, anxiety, and the emotional ramifications of terminal illness. Your expertise will play a critical role in addressing their unique struggles and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and a proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering psychotherapy to a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
