Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients in office and community settings, focusing on those suffering from severe mental health issues.

• Develop and implement comprehensive integration care plans that facilitate access to necessary services and resources, ensuring effective communication amongst clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to accurately determine clients' treatment needs and align crisis intervention strategies as needed.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to closely monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans in response to evolving needs.

• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and patient outcomes.

• Manage a caseload through various therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, and provide crisis intervention when required.

• Ensure thorough documentation and timely submission of reports to support compliance and enhance the quality of care.

• Engage in on-call responsibilities during and after program hours as assigned to provide comprehensive support whenever needed.

• Contribute to community outreach and education efforts to increase awareness of mental health services offered by our center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with clients facing significant emotional distress and mental health challenges, including those in hospice care. Your role will involve developing trusting relationships to better understand their experiences, needs, and goals, thus enabling you to guide them through their mental health journeys with empathy and competence.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution along with a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with a diverse range of clients experiencing mental health challenges.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and crisis management techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for continued professional education and training.
