Normal business hours are maintained, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to balance your work life with personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients experiencing mood disorders, analyzing the severity, frequency, and impact of their symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their unique backgrounds, treatment goals, and preferences.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the needs of each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, facilitating informed decision-making and emphasizing effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor clients’ progress regularly, adapting their treatment plans as necessary based on the therapeutic outcomes and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to care that leads to optimal client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest research, tools, and techniques in mood disorder treatment.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the organization.

• Act as an advocate for mental health awareness, aiming to de-stigmatize mood disorders and assure that clients’ voices are heard and respected.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in California.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology, with the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists.

Compensation and Benefits\n
