Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples which may include joint and individual sessions aimed at addressing relationship dynamics and personal challenges.
\n
• Providing psychotherapy to families dealing with a range of issues such as communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to life changes.
\n
• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that actively involve all family members.
\n
• Utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat conditions related to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, separation, and divorce.
\n
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and stakeholders to enhance patient outcomes and develop comprehensive support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on a diverse range of clients, from individuals and couples to families with children and adolescents. You will be working with patients navigating complex family issues, including:

• Conflict resolution among family members
\n
• Adjustment challenges post-separation or divorce
\n
• Issues stemming from blended family dynamics
\n
• Psychosocial issues related to medical concerns
\n
• Substance abuse and its impact on familial relationships

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will have:

• A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
\n
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely-related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applications from both newly licensed and experienced therapists, candidates with the following experiences are encouraged to apply:

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for delivering virtual therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
