Cruise Ship Galley Executive Sous Chef

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Galley Manager for Disney Cruise Line in Providence, RI. This position involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring culinary standards and compliance with USPH sanitation requirements. The ideal candidate should have at least four years of experience in high-volume Galley/F&B operations, be fluent in English and willing to work onboard one of our vessels. In this shipboard role, you will manage staff accountability, oversee food ordering, and monitor costs while providing excellent guest service.
