Key Responsibilities\n

• Advocate for clients by helping them access community resources, social services, and support systems aimed at enhancing their mental and emotional well-being.

• Deliver immediate support and crisis intervention in situations that threaten client stability, ensuring their safety and security.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with team members—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses—to provide holistic and coordinated care tailored to individual client needs.

• Educate clients on coping mechanisms, effective communication techniques, and self-care strategies to foster empowerment in managing their mental health.

• Engage in community outreach activities to foster relationships, enhance referral networks, and build partnerships within the community aimed at resource sharing.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required; however, a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

• A minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in social work.

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting is strongly preferred.

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
