Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health conditions to identify needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored specifically to each client's objectives and therapeutic goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, offering essential support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, including treatment progress, clinical notes, and assessment findings, while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
