Our team consists of more than 20 profiles from top business schools and engineering schools. Their mission? To design and manage the creation of custom digital products for our clients: web applications, mobile applications, and business tools. They work closely with our clients to understand their challenges, define functional needs, and co-create tailored solutions. From the framing phase to product delivery, they rely on the expertise of our technical teams (designers, developers, and AI engineers) to transform business needs into high-performing digital solutions. At our company, trust is the engine of progress. Each Product Manager is fully responsible for their projects. This real autonomy, combined with team support, allows for rapid skill development and direct impact on project success and client satisfaction.

Your missions:

• Advise the client on their product strategy: help them maximize their business value by prioritizing high-impact features and challenging their business model to ensure the viability of the solution
• Build and manage the development roadmap in close collaboration with technical teams, ensuring respect for deadlines and objectives, and providing regular visibility to the client on progress
• Lead the technical team by ensuring adherence to agile best practices
• Carry the product vision with clients: identify unexpressed needs and propose strategic evolutions (new features, V2, new project, etc.)
• Manage a portfolio of clients as a strategic partner, ensuring project excellence from framing to delivery, while identifying and promoting new growth opportunities
• Leverage the power of AI to optimize your daily workflow and design, in collaboration with our AI engineers, products that natively integrate innovative AI solutions

In this role, you will occasionally work at our clients' locations to understand their challenges and businesses, to better support them.

Examples of our clients' challenges:

• Redesigning a marketing solution: Opportunity chose us to redesign the Omni platform, an omnichannel marketing solution allowing companies to design and manage campaigns across different channels (SMS, email, RCS, WhatsApp, or AI-based voice agents). The goal is to transform a historically rich but complex platform into a modern, more intuitive and accessible SaaS.
• Developing a financial management mobile application: We supported Plan Cash in creating its mobile application for financial management training for women. The product challenge was to turn a content medium into an engaging micro-learning platform. We designed and deployed a complete ecosystem: gamified learning paths (videos, quizzes), an intelligent recommendation system, and real-time community spaces. The PM's challenge was to balance a smooth UX for the user with a robust back-office allowing Plan Cash teams to manage their content and reporting autonomously.
