Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in Washington State.

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, including treatment modalities applicable to addiction and recovery.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy, specifically in addiction treatment contexts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses. A sign-on bonus may be available for qualified candidates.
