Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand each patient's unique experiences and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Implement individualized treatment strategies aimed at trauma recovery, utilizing methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, enabling patients to process their trauma and build coping mechanisms in a supportive setting.

• Actively collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with diverse individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including but not limited to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
