Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance clients' mental health.

• Actively participate in client advocacy by helping them define tangible goals and develop actionable plans to achieve those goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will predominantly be stable adults with low acuity mental health needs. Every individual is carefully screened prior to service to ensure they are suitable for remote counseling. Additionally, clients will be matched to you based on your specific counseling specialties and demographic preferences, allowing for a more tailored therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
\n
• You must hold a current and unrestricted license in good standing to practice independently as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses or candidates with disciplinary actions will be considered.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to mental health therapy are essential.

• Proficiency in technology and comfort with using telehealth platforms for client engagement is necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with diverse populations and a background in teletherapy. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be beneficial in providing a well-rounded service to clients. A history of maintaining high client engagement and outcomes is a plus.
