Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, forming accurate clinical diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to conduct engaging and effective individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring effective support and guidance during vulnerable moments.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in line with ethical and legal standards.

• Foster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to deliver integrated and holistic care to clients.

• Actively educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatments, and community resources available to them, advocating for their rights and addressing any needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, continued education courses, and training, keeping current with the latest practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a relevant setting, providing mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
