Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Speak Up Counseling Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions with clients through telehealth platforms.

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and treatment goals.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case discussions to enhance collaborative care approaches.

• Staying informed on current best practices in mental health care, including attending relevant training sessions.

You will work with a richly diverse population, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.

• An active LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in California, or the eligibility to obtain one.

• Demonstrable experience delivering therapy to diverse populations with various mental health needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trusted relationships with clients and peers.

Preferred Experience\n
