Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments employing evidence-based methodologies to create individualized treatment plans that are both effective and client-centered.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to client needs, while fostering an environment conducive to healing.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulatory guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients facing mental health challenges, from children to adults. By returning to evidence-based practice, you will provide care that equips clients and their families with the tools they need for ongoing mental health management.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
