Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly involve adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By establishing strong therapeutic alliances, you will guide your clients toward achieving their mental health goals, fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Candidates with a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) are also encouraged to apply.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster constructive relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in client interactions.

• Strong organizational skills to manage caseload effectively, alongside the ability to work independently.

• No history of disciplinary actions on license.
