Work Environment

This role is based onsite in our outpatient clinic located in Suffolk, Virginia. You will be working in a collaborative environment with other healthcare professionals, including chiropractors, physicians, administrative staff, and support teams. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including patient history reviews and specific assessments, to develop a clear understanding of each patient's condition and functional status.
• Communicate evaluation findings and proposed treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, ensuring their active participation in the goal-setting process.
• Design, implement, and monitor treatment protocols that reflect the latest evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's unique situation.
• Regularly consult with fellow healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care, contributing to interdisciplinary discussions about treatment progress and modifications as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with clinic policies and health regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in training sessions, workshops, and seminars offered by the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve adults and adolescents with a range of musculoskeletal issues, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in physical therapy or relevant field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
