Work Environment\n

This remote role allows for flexibility while operating within a structured outpatient framework. The team is focused on collaboration and integration, frequently connecting with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care to our clients. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed based on patient schedules and emergent concerns. Working from home does not diminish our commitment to team interaction; we regularly engage in virtual meetings and professional development sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and formulate individualized treatment strategies.

• Develop, document, and implement tailored treatment plans centering on trauma recovery that promote patient resilience.

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions employing therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Engage closely in multi-disciplinary team meetings, collaborating with fellow therapists and psychiatrists to ensure integrated care pathways for clients.

• Provide immediate support through crisis intervention during instances of trauma-related emergencies, assisting patients in regaining stability.
\n
• Educate patients and their families concerning trauma responses and coping strategies, while guiding them through available resources.
\n
• Maintain client records and documentation with precision, adhering to legal standards and confidentiality policies.
\n
• Stay abreast of advancements in trauma therapy to continually enhance treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily consist of trauma survivors, including individuals dealing with complex trauma and those diagnosed with PTSD. This role requires a deep understanding of trauma-related conditions and the capacity to assist patients of diverse backgrounds in navigating their recovery processes. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, particularly in trauma-informed care settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
