Work Environment\n

This position offers the convenience and flexibility of remote work. Our therapists operate in a supportive atmosphere that emphasizes professional growth and collaboration. Team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions are conducted regularly to ensure that all staff members remain connected and continue to develop their clinical skills. The schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient availability and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify each patient's needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to individuals, couples, and families, addressing specific mental health concerns.

• Facilitate therapeutic support groups and psychoeducational workshops, promoting community engagement and shared learning experiences.

• Offer crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Prior experience delivering both individual and group therapy sessions is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
