Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of children and adolescents, employing age-appropriate techniques to gather crucial information.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that take into account developmental milestones, family dynamics, and the unique situations faced by each patient.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to empower caregivers in fostering supportive home environments that contribute to the emotional and psychological growth of their children.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members, participating in case consultations to align treatment plans and optimize patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention for patients in urgent need, ensuring that immediate support is given during critical mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to promote understanding and participation in care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards, as well as contribute to data collection and quality improvement initiatives.

• Actively engage in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on the latest research, therapeutic methods, and best practices in child and adolescent mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
