Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and personalized evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, including risk assessments and diagnostic evaluations.

• Provide one-on-one therapy for adult clients, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or higher degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Strong empathy and the ability to maintain a non-judgmental environment for clients to express their concerns freely.

• Effective organizational skills to manage client documentation and keep meticulous records.
