Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and interventions to enhance patients' mobility and function.
• Maintain an effective patient load by managing one patient per hour while ensuring comprehensive and focused care.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded care and facilitate referrals as needed.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately in our EMR software, utilizing WebPT to maintain comprehensive treatment records.
• Educate patients on their conditions and empower them with strategies to manage their recovery independently.
• Encourage adherence to exercise programs and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health.
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuous education to stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Raze Orthopedics, you will primarily serve orthopedic patients navigating rehabilitation after surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Your approach will address the specific nuances of each patient's situation, focusing on restoring their mobility and improving overall physical function. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy and hands-on therapeutic techniques.
• Strong skills in designing and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
• Experience with EMR systems; familiarity with WebPT is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Background in treating sports-related injuries or post-surgical rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
