Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient to create individualized treatment plans geared towards enhancing mobility and functional recovery.
• Efficiently manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring effective use of time while providing high-quality care.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and demonstrate a proficient command of manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and promote physical improvement.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate various rehabilitation techniques and alternative solutions to surgical interventions.
• Encourage patient motivation and adherence to treatment through personalized guidance and support throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Continuously monitor patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Document all treatment sessions thoroughly and consistently, maintaining communication with the healthcare team to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, exercise regimens, and self-care techniques to promote ongoing wellness.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Clear professional record with no board action or disciplinary measures.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercise program design.

Compensation and Benefits
