Key Responsibilities\n

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments with clients to establish individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.

• Facilitating prevention-oriented therapy sessions, tailored to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Implementing and regularly reviewing treatment plans to ensure they remain relevant and effective.

• Collaborating with external providers and community placement agencies to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Managing your caseload effectively, ensuring timely completion of documentation and maintaining accurate session notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adults and adolescents dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Many of our clients come from diverse backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses, offering you the opportunity to provide compassionate care grounded in cultural awareness. You will guide clients through evidence-based interventions, equipping them with the tools they need for sustained recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a valid LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in the state of Texas. Strong candidates will also demonstrate:

Compensation and Benefits\n
