Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions using telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Deliver crisis intervention services promptly for clients who experience acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic interventions.

• Regularly maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, which incorporates digital tools for seamless and secure information management.

• Administer comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments to evaluate clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

This role will involve working with a diverse patient demographic, ranging from adolescents to adults, including individuals dealing with mental health disorders, behavioral challenges, and co-occurring conditions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
