Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic physical therapy services, including initial evaluations, treatment planning, and rehabilitation implementation for patients across various age groups.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, goals, and medical history. This encompasses assessing the patient's physical capabilities and limitations.
• Employ evidence-based practices and advanced therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to enhance recovery and functional outcomes.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team approach, actively communicating with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory guidelines, utilizing electronic health record systems for accurate record-keeping.
• Educate patients and their families concerning injury prevention, home exercise regimens, and effective self-care strategies to promote long-term health.
