Spring Path Care Wellness is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our dynamic team. In this full-time remote role based in Grand Prairie, Texas, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals managing various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. This role involves empowering clients and fostering their resilience through evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while making meaningful contributions to client care. You will be part of a collaborative team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed therapists, who are all focused on delivering exceptional mental health services. Our work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on solution-focused interventions tailored to the individual’s circumstances.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate client engagement and promote healing.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to review and enhance care strategies.
• Participate in regular case consultations, staff meetings, and peer reviews to promote quality improvement in therapeutic practices.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health practices through ongoing education and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clinical expertise will focus on diverse patients seeking support for mental health concerns, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and other psychological challenges. By employing a person-centered approach, you will help clients build coping strategies and resilience, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• A strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address client challenges effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Knowledge of community resources and support networks available for clients and their families.
• Previous experience in successful case management and implementation of treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

Spring Path Care Wellness offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
