Work Environment

This is a remote position, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space while having access to our established telehealth resources. You will engage with a diverse clientele through virtual counseling sessions, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations.
• Providing evidence-based therapy sessions, including individual counseling, group therapy, and couples therapy, ensuring that therapeutic interventions align with client goals.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, facilitating seamless continuity of care.
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary treatment team to discuss therapeutic strategies, client progress, and adjustments in care plans as necessary.
• Engaging in regular supervision and professional development activities, including participation in case conferences, workshops, and continuing education to enhance clinical competence.
• Supporting clients in developing coping strategies and tools to manage their emotional and psychological challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a varied client population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and addiction-related conditions. You will be vital in helping clients navigate their unique life circumstances and emotional challenges, offering evidence-based support tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related discipline from an accredited program.
• A proven background of at least three years in providing individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• Solid knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities applicable to diverse client profiles.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish and maintain rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities, with a focus on client engagement and documentation.
• A commitment to ethical standards and safeguarding client confidentiality in all professional interactions.

Preferred Experience

Experience with telehealth practices is preferable, as familiarity with virtual treatment settings can significantly enhance client engagement and session outcomes. Collaborative experience within a team-oriented clinical environment will also be an asset to your application.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, with additional bonuses based on performance. Our benefits package includes:
