Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to develop and achieve personalized treatment goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy services, focusing on early intervention and ongoing support for clients facing mental health challenges.
• Design, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers, community organizations, and placement agencies to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes and treatment updates, in compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
• Attend regular staff meetings and professional development sessions to contribute to a positive workplace culture and ongoing team enrichment.
• Actively participate in shaping and enhancing the organizational environment, embracing the values of inclusivity and professional excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We cater to a diverse population of clients, including adults, children, and families dealing with various mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A active and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Knowledge of community mental health resources to connect clients with additional supports.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
