Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs, identify social determinants affecting their well-being, and set achievable treatment goals that align with best practice standards.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling services addressing a diverse range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment to terminal illness.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions focused on specific mental health issues, psychoeducation, and the development of support networks among clients.

• Develop, execute, and regularly update personalized treatment plans, incorporating measurable objectives and evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver critical crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments, developing safety plans, and coordinating access to emergency resources when necessary.

• Advocate for clients' rights, enhancing their access to necessary healthcare and community resources, while simplifying the navigation of complex systems.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including detailed assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations, in strict compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
