Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy services via telehealth to clients ranging from children to adults, meeting diverse needs across various demographics.

• Utilize a sophisticated billing service that simplifies the handling of claims and client accounts, thereby allowing you to focus on client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans as per best practices and legal obligations.

• Manage an ongoing caseload by proactively scheduling appointments, revising calendars, and communicating with clients effectively.

• Adapt therapeutic techniques to address a wide variety of clinical presentations and client concerns, ensuring client-centered care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse range of clients, focusing on mental health challenges often encountered in academic settings. This includes students dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. Your contributions will directly support the emotional and mental well-being of clients in the school environment, enhancing their overall academic performance and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a full caseload effectively.

• Ability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week with availability for at least two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n
