Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients to collaboratively set and achieve individualized treatment goals tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver prevention-oriented therapy, focusing on building resilience and overall well-being.

• Implement and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans to monitor progress and adapt strategies as necessary.

• Work closely with other treatment providers and placement agencies to coordinate holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all sessions, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Manage a consistent caseload while keeping detailed session notes that capture therapeutic progress and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, you will support clients in overcoming obstacles, enhancing their capabilities, and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
