Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, customizing interventions based on each client’s unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include specific objectives, therapeutic interventions, and methods for tracking treatment progress.

• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and additional mental health workers, to provide comprehensive care across the spectrum of client needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients in acute situations.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with essential community resources and providing case management support tailored to their individual situations.

• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and resources to destigmatize mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
