Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure and confidential online therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards for privacy and client care.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s specific needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients to set realistic and achievable goals.

• Provide clients with effective coping mechanisms and tools to navigate challenges, ensuring each session is productive and therapeutic.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and modify treatment strategies as needed to enhance outcomes, ensuring consistent communication of findings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals navigating various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, and significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid license to practice in Arizona (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
