Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position in the telehealth facility of Mind Congruency, you will have the flexibility to work from your preferred location while connecting with clients using secure digital platforms. This setup enables you to maintain a work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on client lives through virtual counseling sessions. Our working hours typically fall between Monday and Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop comprehensive individualized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited to each client’s needs.

• Maintain confidential and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to ensure that client information is handled securely.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and various mental health professionals to enhance client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and improve treatment quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take active roles in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to craft effective, individualized treatment strategies for clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate trust and rapport-building with clients.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, allowing for adaptive and responsive therapeutic strategies.
