Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. As part of our telehealth initiative, you will utilize various digital platforms to connect with clients, ensuring a flexible and accessible means of communication. The role aligns with a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a healthy work-life balance while supporting the diverse needs of clients across different locations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive mindfulness-based interventions tailored to clients' needs, employing techniques such as guided meditation, stress reduction exercises, and emotional regulation strategies.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify individual stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals, utilizing this information to customize therapy plans.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices and stress management, providing clients with tools to cultivate resilience in their daily lives.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes to support ongoing care and fulfill compliance standards.

• Regularly evaluate and reflect on personal mindfulness practices to enrich your therapeutic approach and contribute effectively to client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. By focusing on mindfulness techniques, you will help clients cultivate awareness and present-moment focus, skills vital for their personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques is preferred, but not required.
